What is an event? 🎮
Events are essentially a way for Discord users to play games with their friends. You can play games like Chess, Pokémon, and even UNO with up to 8 players, both live and watching live.
How to participate in the event🔗
To participate in events on Discord, you must participate in the Discord Games Lab experiment. You can find the link to join in the description of the official Discord video. Once you join the Discord Game Lab, you’ll learn what it looks like and how to get started.
How to invite event bots to your server🤖
The easiest way to invite the Activities bot to your Discord server is to click on the link in the video titled “get.activities.rocks”. This will send you an invitation to the event bot.
To invite a bot to a specific server, you need to confirm that you are human if you have the necessary permissions. The bot will then be added to your Discord server.
How to use Events on Discord 🕹️
To start an activity, join the voice channel and type “/activity” followed by the name of the game you want to play. There are a variety of games to choose from, and you can invite your friends to join in the fun.
One of the most popular activities is Watch Together, where you can watch videos with friends. Just click on the link and accept the pop-up.
What other games can you play? 🎯
In addition to Watch Together, there are many other games you can play with friends on Discord. Some examples include The Blazing Eight, Bruno Duplicate Bubble, and The League. Each game offers a unique experience and a lot of fun.
How to play games in Discord ⌨️
To play a game in Discord, you can enter an active voice channel and start playing. If you want to play with specific people, you can join a public lobby or create your own. You can control the game using keyboard controls or mouse clicks.
How to stop and exit an event🚫
To exit an event, simply click the “Leave Event” button. This concludes the event for all participants. You can also use the active voice channel to communicate with others while playing.
