Manpower is currently San Diego’s fourth-largest employer with 3,500 employees. Phil is known for his expertise in recruitment and has written a book called Job One which provides valuable advice on job hunting and networking.

Phil’s motivation for writing this book

Phil wrote this book because he noticed that many of his friends and people he knew were struggling to find good jobs. He realizes that networking is the most effective way to find work in today’s economy and wants to share his insights with a wider audience. Phil believes that networking and making connections is key to landing your dream job.
